Information for Presenters

IMPORTANT: All presenters (sessions and posters) must REGISTER in advance for the meeting.

Congratulations on having your program or poster submission selected for the ACHA 2023 Annual Meeting!

The Program Planning Committee spent months reviewing program submissions and posters, and selecting those that, in their view, would best meet the needs expressed by ACHA members. Your presentation (whether it is a session or a poster) is among those selected to address the most critical issues facing college health professionals across the country.

Below are links to next steps and some important information you will need as you finalize your presentation. Be sure to check this page regularly — as well as the main Annual Meeting page — for updates and announcements.

Inclusion and Accessibility 

"As you prepare your presentation, we encourage you to be intentional in considering social determinants of health and reducing health disparities by reviewing the varied needs of populations and how we approach those needs from a college health perspective. If you have a focal population, please be clear in defining that population while also showing awareness of other population needs and how that might differ from your content."

Session Presenters' Checklist


  1. Register for the meeting  — Early bird deadline is April 12, 2023.
  2. Make your hotel reservations via the link you will receive in your meeting confirmation email.
  3. Complete your AV Request Form (primary presenters only). Deadline is April 3, 2023.
  4. Submit your presentation per the instructions you will receive in early May.

Poster Presenters' Checklist
